Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Should your product be defective or arrive damaged, we will more than gladly offer a refund or replacement at no additional cost provided it is brought to our attention within 14 days of delivery date as noted by the carrier.

Shipping Policy

Due to the fragile nature of our candles, we will only be shipping Monday-Wednesday to ensure they arrive at you in the best possible state. Cut-off time for same-week shipping will be Tuesday at 5 PM MT.

Please allow up to 5 business days for transit. If your package falls outside this timeframe, please reach out to us at, and we will work quickly to resolve your issue.
